Holy Child Public School, Hehal, Ranchi, successfully conducted a two-day training program on

“Happy Classroom” on the 15th and 16th of May 2025. The training was aimed at equipping educators with effective strategies to create a joyful, inclusive, and emotionally safe learning environment for students.

The training was well-received by all the participating teachers and staff. Participants found the

sessions to be highly interactive, insightful, and practical. Many educators expressed their enthusiasm to implement the techniques learned during the training in their classrooms. The emphasis on emotional wellbeing and teacher self-care was particularly appreciated.

The “Happy Classroom” training session marked a significant step towards the holistic development of both students and teachers. It reinforced the importance of positivity, empathy, and engagement in the teachinglearning process.
